The SpaceSUITE project is launching a short survey on “Mobility as a Learning Tool in the Space Sector”, aiming to better understand how organisations across the European space ecosystem use mobility experiences to support skills development.
Professional mobility, including international assignments, staff exchanges, study visits, and participation in programmes such as Erasmus+, is increasingly recognised as a key driver for workforce development. It enables professionals to gain practical experience, access new technologies and working methods, and strengthen both technical and transversal skills, contributing to a more innovative and competitive sector.
The survey explores current practices in the use of mobility for learning and training, key challenges such as access to funding and administrative constraints, and the level of awareness and uptake of existing European mobility programmes. It also seeks to identify opportunities to make mobility schemes more effective, accessible, and inclusive.
Targeted at companies, research and technology organisations, and other stakeholders in the space ecosystem, the questionnaire takes only a few minutes to complete. The results will help inform future strategies to better support skills development and mobility opportunities in the space downstream sector.
We invite all relevant stakeholders to take part in the survey and contribute to shaping the future of skills and training in the European space sector.
Take the survey now and contribute to this important European initiative.
